This review is excellent. Epstein’s approach in this Bankruptcy review is to teach the essentials to write a good final exam.
I drive a lot. That’s when and why I use these CD’s. I listen to them in the beginning of the semester to get the “lay of the land” for the course. Then I listen to them again in the middle of the semester to keep perspective about where we’ve been and where we’re going. Finally, I listen to them a third time at the end of the semester, when everything is review. I have found this to be an EXCELLENT strategy to supplement all of my reading+writing review. This is a constructive use of my driving time, and well worth the expense.
