This book is terrible. The first two chapters makes no real sense, and it takes UNTIL chapter 3 to really explain the different bankruptcy titles.
Also they need to have the answers to the problems IN THE BOOK for free, or at least on-line. Bankruptcy is difficult, this book makes it that much harder, and solutions to the exercises to the book would be good.
I wouldn’t honestly complaint to your professor to change to another book. I have to read the E&E and supplements to really understand the material, the book makes no sense.
