<description>The prior reviewer is a disgruntled former student of this author who apparently has so little to do that he can still nurse his grudge via Amazon&#039;s review feature. He has done this for every book by this author.
&lt;br /&gt;Many experts in the field have praised this book and it has sold many, many copies to satisfied readers. It is the only comprehensive treatment of the topic, and contrary to what the prior reviewer says, the relevant statute has not changed (and is not expected to change in the foreseeable future.)
